BVT sells Alta at Health Village for $107 million.

Munich, Germany (https://www.bvt-newsblog.de/ - April 26, 2023) – BVT Group (BVT) announced that it has sold Alta at Health Village, a 285-unit multifamily project development in Orlando, Florida in December 2022 for $107 million.

The successful exit came exactly after three years since start of construction and generated results above prospectus projections for BVT’s investors.

The investment was made as a co-investment of the public fund BVT Residential 11 (Residential USA 11 GmbH & Co. Geschlossene Investment KG AIF) BVT Residential USA 14, a separate institutional account.
